Speech Pathologist

Karen graduated with first-class honours in Speech Pathology from the University of Newcastle in 2019. She is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and a member of Speech Pathology Australia. Since 2020, Karen has gained nearly five years of clinical experience across a variety of settings, working with clients of all ages with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, aphasia, stuttering, intellectual disabilities, Parkinson’s disease, dysphagia, and more. She is committed to a person-centred approach, tailoring each intervention to support quality of life and help individuals achieve functional outcomes. Karen has also published research on family-based interventions for autism and remains dedicated to ongoing professional development across multiple areas of practice.
