Edith Lau is the Founder, Managing Director, and Principal Occupational Therapist of UniOasis Therapy. With more than a decade of clinical experience, Edith has supported clients across all age groups to enhance their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life, making UniOasis Therapy a trusted provider of allied health services. Graduating from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy), Edith also holds further qualifications in craniosacral therapy and community sector management. She combines evidence-based occupational therapy with complementary approaches to deliver holistic, person-centred care. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, Edith is able to support clients and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. Since establishing UniOasis Therapy in 2018, Edith has been dedicated to delivering excellence in therapy services under the NDIS and private healthcare systems. Her professional practice spans functional assessments, assistive technology prescription, home modifications, and tailored therapy interventions, always with a focus on empowering clients and their families. As Managing Director, Edith draws on her leadership experience to mentor clinicians, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure UniOasis Therapy continues to uphold the highest quality and safety standards.

Teddy is the Service Manager and Director at UniOasis Therapy Pty Ltd, where he oversees operations and leads the Finance Department. Since joining UniOasis in 2019, he has played a key role in maintaining smooth financial processes and supporting the therapy team in delivering high-quality care. Teddy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Business Administration from Western Sydney University. He can communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and is dedicated to ensuring efficient financial management and operational support, enabling UniOasis Therapy to provide excellent services for both clients and staff.

Joby is the Practice Manager at UniOasis Therapy, where she ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so clients and therapists can focus on what truly matters—therapy and care. With a strong background in administration and client support, she is dedicated to welcoming new families, assisting with enquiries, and keeping the clinic organised and efficient. Originally from Hong Kong, Joby is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, enabling her to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Known for her outgoing personality and warm smile, she creates a welcoming environment for everyone who visits UniOasis Therapy. Outside of work, Joby enjoys exploring new food experiences and travelling to discover different cultures around the world.

Olivia is a Senior Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in aged care and the NDIS sector. She works with both adults and children to build independence in daily living, improve community participation, and enhance quality of life. Passionate about client-centred, strengths-based therapy, Olivia tailors her approach to support each individual in achieving their goals.

Sylvia is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over five years of practice, supporting clients of all ages in both community and clinical settings. She has worked with people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life. Her expertise includes supporting developmental, physical, and emotional needs through practical, client-centred therapy. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, Sylvia connects with families from a wide range of communities. She is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals and enjoy a more fulfilling life. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, playing badminton, cooking, baking, and exploring new foods.

Scarlett is an Occupational Therapist who works with clients across all age groups, from children to older adults. She supports both private clients and those funded under the NDIS and Home Care Packages through therapeutic interventions, equipment prescription, home modifications, report writing, and a wide range of occupational therapy services. Trilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, Scarlett builds strong connections with clients and families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, playing sports, and relaxing with puzzles and gaming.

Karen graduated with first-class honours in Speech Pathology from the University of Newcastle in 2019. She is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and a member of Speech Pathology Australia. Since 2020, Karen has gained nearly five years of clinical experience across a variety of settings, working with clients of all ages with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, aphasia, stuttering, intellectual disabilities, Parkinson’s disease, dysphagia, and more. She is committed to a person-centred approach, tailoring each intervention to support quality of life and help individuals achieve functional outcomes. Karen has also published research on family-based interventions for autism and remains dedicated to ongoing professional development across multiple areas of practice.

Crystal is a trilingual Speech Pathologist (English, Cantonese, Mandarin) with extensive experience supporting children, adults, and their families in developing functional communication, safe swallowing and social communication skills. She has worked across a range of settings, including childcare, schools, clinics, communities, day programs, and individuals' homes. Crystal supports NDIS participants, including individuals with autism and Down syndrome, using a warm, person-centred approach. She has completed further training in the Sounds-Write program, LAMP Words for Life (AAC), DIR Floortime, dysphagia management, and orofacial myology, and is also a certified MyoMunchee practitioner.

Ash is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and a member of Speech Pathology Australia. She has experience working with children and adults across schools, private practices, community health centres, aged care facilities, and rehabilitation settings. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with additional proficiency in Japanese, Ash supports clients in areas including speech, language, literacy, swallowing, fluency, voice, social skills, and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC). She values a collaborative, client-centred approach and enjoys Pilates and strength training outside of work.

John is a Physiotherapist with experience across hospitals, musculoskeletal clinics, and community settings since graduating in 2018. He has a strong interest in rehabilitation for older adults and sports-related injuries, supporting clients to regain mobility, independence, and quality of life. His approach combines hands-on therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and dry needling to optimise recovery and manage pain effectively.

Vincent is a Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from the University of Sydney. She has extensive experience working with older adults, children, and people living with disabilities, providing tailored care to meet a wide range of needs. Her professional focus includes post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, chronic pain management, and promoting functional movement to support long-term health and independence. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Vincent connects easily with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, playing badminton, and exploring holistic healing practices.

Ronald is a Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Sydney in 2019. He has experience working across hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and community care, and is certified in the Mulligan Concept for both upper and lower quadrants.

Venus is a multi-lingual Registered Music Therapist (RMT) and Neurologic Music Therapist (NMT) who supports children and adults with disabilities and special needs through the power of music. With experience working across diverse cultural communities, she delivers inclusive, person-centred sessions that foster connection, communication, and emotional well-being. Passionate about using music as a bridge, Venus helps individuals express themselves, build confidence, and reach their fullest potential.

Masa Okamura is a Massage Therapist and Occupational Therapy Assistant at UniOasis Therapy, with over two decades of experience as an Occupational Therapist in Japan. He completed the internationally recognised Bobath Basic Course in 2009, strengthening his expertise in neurological rehabilitation. Since relocating to Australia, Masa has been providing massage therapy and occupational therapy assistant support under both the NDIS and private healthcare systems. He communicates in both English and Japanese, enabling him to support clients and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. His approach combines evidence-based rehabilitation with hands-on therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, function, and overall wellbeing. Passionate about client-centred care, Masa works closely with individuals and families to help them achieve their goals and enhance quality of life.

Janice is an Occupational Therapy student at Western Sydney University and a valued member of the UniOasis Therapy administrative team. While she is still on her journey to becoming a professional OT, she is passionate about applying her growing knowledge to support the team and contribute positively to the services provided. Janice is dedicated to learning, developing new skills, and making a meaningful difference for clients and their families.

Alice is an experienced Virtual Administrative Coordinator who supports businesses and professionals with efficient and reliable administrative services. She is skilled in managing schedules, coordinating communications, answering enquiries, handling data entry, monitoring budgets, and maintaining accurate records. With a proactive and detail-oriented approach, Alice helps operations run smoothly and ensures teams can focus on what matters most.

Frank is a Senior Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Assistive Technology (AT) prescription, home modifications, and Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). He works with clients living with complex mental health, psychosocial, and physical disabilities, adopting a client-centred approach to support meaningful outcomes and greater independence.

Vicky is a Senior Speech Pathologist at UniOasis Therapy and also holds a qualification in audiology. She provides assessment and therapy for individuals with speech, language, swallowing, and complex communication needs. Vicky works with children, adolescents, and adults, alongside their families and supports, to help them achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

Cecilia is a dedicated Speech Therapist passionate about supporting both adults and children with a wide range of communication needs. She works with clients experiencing speech and language difficulties, social communication challenges, non-verbal communication, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and swallowing difficulties. Cecilia is committed to helping each individual find their voice and connect with the world around them. Outside of work, Cecilia is an adventurer at heart who loves fishing, hiking, and exploring the outdoors whenever she can!

Howard is a Music Therapist at UniOasis Therapy who supports clients through the use of music to enhance communication, emotional wellbeing, and quality of life. He works with individuals across different ages and abilities, creating person-centred sessions that foster connection, self-expression, and confidence.
